Phosphate Rich Organic Manure |
|
|
|
| |
Phoscel is a combination of high-grade rock phosphate,
organic manure and beneficial microorganism like phosphate
solublising bacteria [PSB], Azotobactor etc.
It is based on
Phosphate Rich Organic Manure [PROM] technology.
Phosphorus plays significant role, next only to nitrogen, in
agriculture ecosystems. Phosphorous is an essential
constituent of important organic compounds that supports
many vital processes and activities during plant growth and
development. Under intensive cultivation with high yielding
varieties of crops, it is essential to maintain adequate
supply of phosphorous. Phosphorous availability also insures
maximum benefits from applied nitrogenous fertilizers.

Benefits
Most of the phosphates taken up by the plants are
stored in seeds. Increase in phosphate application to soils
increase the yield of seeds, starch content, sucrose content
etc. Phosphate application is said to improve drought and
frost resistance of the plants.

Biological Nutritional supplement
Use of Phoscel , combination of high-grade rock
phosphate, organic manure, phosphate solublising bacteria
and Azotobactor, helps in maintaining the fertility and
productivity of the soil. A substantial amount of phosphorus
is made available to the next crop after fulfilling the
phosphorus needs of the first crop. PSB helps in solublising
the fixed phosphates in soil and making it available to the
crops . Azotobacter fixes nitrogen from the atmosphere.
Organic matter facilitates the nutrition cycle in the soil
by harboring the beneficial microbial population. Soil
phosphate availability to the plants is directly
proportional to the organic matter in the soil. Apart from
phosphorous, Phoscel also provides Nitrogen, potash,
secondary [Ca, S], and micronutrients [Zn, Mg, and Fe],
along with organic carbon.
